Celso Tumulak is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of nursing experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Philippines and his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Walden University. Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Celso is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.

Fluent in English, Filipino, and Cebuano, with basic Spanish proficiency, he is passionate about helping patients understand their health conditions, treatment plans, and medications. Celso believes in empowering patients through education, encouraging healthy lifestyle changes, and improving access to quality healthcare for underserved communities.

In his personal time, Celso enjoys cooking, gardening, spending quality time with his grandchildren, and staying active through regular exercise. He is committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and strives to work out five days a week.
